What are the pieces made of?
Each product page states the exact metal and karat — solid gold (10K/14K/18K), gold-plated or 925 sterling silver — plus the nature of any stone. Construction and stone origin are only stated when our supplier documents them; where they don’t, the page says so instead of guessing. The materials guide explains every term.
Where do you deliver?
The store is built for delivery within the United States. International availability will depend on the destination and will only be shown once each destination is confirmed.
How long does an order take?
An order has two times: preparation and transit. Most pieces are ready to ship in 1–2 business days, and each product page shows its preparation time as soon as our supplier confirms it. Transit depends on the shipping method you choose — every order ships insured and tracked — and the cost per method is on our Shipping page. With UPS Overnight or UPS 2nd Day, the transit time is defined by the service itself: one or two business days from dispatch.
Can I return a piece?
Yes. You have 30 days from delivery to return or exchange an unworn piece in its original box. Return shipping is on you and the original shipping isn’t refunded; personalized pieces can’t be returned. Refunds reach your card within 3–5 business days after we receive the piece.
Do you offer personalized jewelry?
Not yet. Several pieces carry a smooth, engravable plate — ready for the engraver of your choice — and the piece ships blank. When we offer personalization ourselves, you’ll see it right on the product page.
How do I find my bracelet size?
Measure your wrist with a tape or a strip of paper and add about 3/4"–1" of ease. The bracelet size guide walks you through it, chart included; each product page lists the lengths available for that piece.
How do I find my ring size?

How do I care for my jewelry?
It depends on the material: solid gold and 925 silver need very little; plating is more delicate and lasts longer with care. We explain it material by material in our jewelry care guide.
Is this store open?
Yes. Add your pieces to the bag and check out: payment is processed in Shopify’s checkout. We ship to the United States and most countries; rates are on the shipping page.
