These are the real terms AY PUCHIS operates under: the store is open and orders are paid in Shopify’s checkout. We will keep expanding these texts (legal review and dating included), and nothing written here promises something we cannot deliver.
What we collect today
On this site we do not collect personal data or use advertising trackers. The only thing stored lives in your own browser (local storage): your shopping bag, any personalization text you type, and your language choice. That information stays on your device and never reaches us. When you check out you move to Shopify’s checkout, where you enter your shipping and payment details; Shopify handles them under its privacy policy.
When you place an order
Processing an order requires your name, shipping address and a contact. You enter those details in Shopify’s checkout, which handles them under its privacy policy; we use them only to prepare and ship your order and to help you with it.
Cookies and analytics
Today we use no advertising cookies and no analytics tools. If we ever measure traffic, it will be with a consent notice and with this policy updated first.
Your rights
You can ask what data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email us at info@aypuchis.com and we’ll take care of it.
Changes to this policy
If we update this page, we will date it. Whatever we publish here will always be true.
