These are the real terms AY PUCHIS operates under: the store is open and orders are paid in Shopify’s checkout. We will keep expanding these texts (legal review and dating included), and nothing written here promises something we cannot deliver.

Coverage

We ship to the United States and most countries worldwide: the U.S. and Canada have their own rates and everywhere else uses the international rate (tables below). Every order ships insured and with a tracking number.

Preparation, transit and delivery

These are three separate times, and we never blur them. Most pieces are ready to ship in 1–2 business days, and each product page shows its preparation time as soon as our supplier confirms it. Transit depends on the method you pick at checkout; as soon as it ships, you get the tracking number. We don’t put our own number on transit: only UPS Overnight (the next business day after dispatch) and UPS 2nd Day (two business days) carry a time committed by the carrier.

A flat rate by method, with insurance and tracking included. For P.O. Box and APO addresses, choose USPS. Rates may change.

International shipping

We ship internationally at a flat rate per method (Canada has its own). We don’t promise transit times on international shipments. Any customs duties, taxes or fees charged by the destination country are the customer’s responsibility; check them with your local customs office.
