How to Find Your Bracelet Size
Updated: 2026-09-24
Measure your wrist
Wrap a soft measuring tape around your wrist just below the wrist bone, where the bracelet will sit. It should lie flat against the skin without squeezing. No tape? Use a strip of paper or string, mark where it meets, and measure it against a ruler.
If the bracelet is a surprise gift, measure a bracelet the person already wears from end to end (clasp included) — that length is their size.
From wrist to bracelet size
A bracelet needs room to move: add about 3/4"–1" (2–2.5 cm) to your wrist measurement — a touch more if you like it loose. If your wrist falls between two rows, size up.
| Wrist | Bracelet size |
|---|---|
| 12.5–13 cm (4.9"–5.1") | 6" / 15 cm |
| 15–15.5 cm (5.9"–6.1") | 7" / 18 cm |
| 16.5–17 cm (6.5"–6.7") | 7.5" / 19 cm |
| 17.5–18 cm (6.9"–7.1") | 8" / 20 cm |
| 19–19.5 cm (7.5"–7.7") | 8.5" / 22 cm |
The sizes on our product pages
Almost every product page lists the lengths available for that piece, in inches and centimeters. The most frequent length in our catalog is 7" (18 cm) — the most common women's size in the US — followed by 8" (20 cm). Many bracelets come in a single length; if the one you need isn't on the product page, email us at info@aypuchis.com and we'll check with the maker.
Bangles and cuffs are a different story: they have to slide over the hand or flex open, so fit depends on the design. If a product page doesn't state the measurements you need, email us at info@aypuchis.com and we'll look them up for you.
Between two sizes?
Choose the larger one. A slightly loose bracelet is comfortable; a tight one gets worn less.
